How ozimedia Works: What Brokers Get, What It Costs, and What to Expect

No fluff. No "we're different because we care more." Here's the actual system, the actual price, and a realistic picture of what working with us looks like.

People ask us how ozimedia works more often than you'd think. Not because the concept is complicated, but because they've been burned before and they want to know exactly what they're signing up for before they hand over a dollar.

That's fair. So here it is. Straight. No sales language.

Most brokers we talk to have been burned by at least one agency before finding us. We get it. That's why we show you real numbers from real broker accounts before you sign anything.

What ozimedia Is (and What It Isn't)

ozimedia is a performance marketing agency built specifically for Australian mortgage brokers. Not financial services broadly. Not small businesses generally. Brokers. That's all we do.

We are not a lead reseller. We don't buy leads from a data house and on-sell them to five brokers at once. Every lead your campaign generates belongs to you. Your ad account is yours. Your data stays yours. When you stop working with us, you leave with everything intact.

We are also not a social media management agency or a content company. We don't post inspirational quotes about homeownership on your Instagram. We run paid acquisition campaigns that generate inquiries, and we build the backend system to convert those inquiries into settled loans.

The Broker-Flow System

Everything we build runs through what we call the Broker-Flow system. It has three components, and all three have to work together or the whole thing underperforms.

1. Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)

This is where your leads come from. We build and manage paid campaigns on Meta's platform, targeting the specific type of borrower you want more of: first home buyers, refinancers, property investors, or a combination depending on your niche and your market.

The creative is video first. Real video. You on camera, talking to your ideal client's specific situation. Not stock images of happy couples in front of houses. That stuff stopped working years ago, and we don't run it.

2. Professional Video Content

Video is the engine of the whole system. We write your scripts, give you detailed production guidance, and review your footage before anything goes live. You don't need a film crew or a studio. You need decent lighting, a phone with a reasonable camera, and something genuine to say.

We brief you on exactly what to say and how to structure it. Your job is to deliver it like a real person, not a spokesperson. The brokers who lean into this get significantly lower cost per lead than the ones who resist it.

3. GoHighLevel CRM and Automation

Getting a lead is only useful if you follow up fast enough to do something with it. Most brokers lose half their leads not because the leads were bad, but because nobody called them until the following day. By then, they've already spoken to another broker.

We set up your entire follow-up infrastructure inside GoHighLevel. The moment someone submits your form, automated SMS and email sequences fire before you've even seen the notification. You get the lead, the lead gets immediate contact, and you show up to your first call with someone who's already been nurtured. The CRM setup is included. You don't need to sort it separately.

The three parts of the system are inseparable. Ads without automation produce expensive leads that go cold. Automation without good creative produces low volume. Video without a strategy produces random results. The system only works as a whole.

What's Included

Here's what you actually get when you sign on. Not a vague list of "deliverables." What we do.

  • Ad account management. Campaign build, targeting strategy, ongoing optimisation, A/B testing of creative and audiences, and weekly performance monitoring. Your ad account is set up in your name and stays yours.
  • Creative production support. Script writing, production briefs, review of your footage before launch, and proactive creative refresh every four to six weeks to prevent ad fatigue.
  • Landing pages. Dedicated, compliant landing pages built for conversion. Your main website is not a landing page. We build pages that are designed for one purpose: form submission.
  • Full CRM setup inside GoHighLevel. Account creation or integration with your existing account, pipeline setup, lead nurture sequences, automated SMS and email workflows, and appointment booking configuration.
  • Monthly reporting. Real numbers. Lead volume, cost per lead, cost per appointment, campaign spend, and conversion rate through the funnel. Not impressions and reach. Actual pipeline data.
  • ASIC compliance review. Every ad and landing page is reviewed against RG234 before it goes live. You don't have to worry about whether your creative is compliant. We handle it.

What It Costs

We're going to be straight with you on pricing, because vague pricing is a waste of both our time.

ozimedia is a premium done-for-you service. Management fees start from $2,500 per month. On top of that, you need ad spend, which we recommend at a minimum of $1,500 to $3,000 per month to give the Meta algorithm enough data to optimise properly. Budget less than that and the campaign will take much longer to find its feet.

So the realistic minimum commitment is around $4,000 to $5,500 per month all in. For a broker writing three or four loans per month from campaigns, the numbers work comfortably. For a broker who's just getting started and writing one loan a month total, this is probably not the right time.

If you settle one extra loan per month from the campaign, this pays for itself. The brokers who see the best ROI are the ones who also have a solid system for handling inquiries on their end. We build the front of the funnel. You need to be responsive enough to close it.

What Onboarding Actually Looks Like

Onboarding is where the system gets built. It's not glamorous, but it determines everything that comes after. Here's the sequence.

Step 1, Strategy Session

We spend 60 to 90 minutes with you understanding your business. Who you want to work with. What markets you operate in. What's worked before and what hasn't. What your conversion process looks like once a lead comes in. This call sets the direction for everything we build.

Step 2, Creative Development

We write your video scripts and send you a detailed production brief. You film the content, we review it, and if it needs adjustments we'll tell you exactly what to re-film and why. This stage usually takes one to two weeks depending on how quickly you can get in front of a camera.

Step 3, Ad Build and Landing Pages

While you're filming, we're building. Campaigns are structured, audiences are researched, landing pages are designed and built, and all compliance checks are done before anything goes near a Meta ad account.

Step 4, CRM and Automation Setup

Your GoHighLevel account is configured, your lead nurture sequences are built, your automated follow-up workflows are connected and tested. By the time your first lead arrives, the system is ready to handle it without you lifting a finger.

Step 5, Launch

Ads go live. Leads start flowing. You follow up. We monitor and optimise.

Quick one: How long before you typically see qualified leads from a well-run Meta campaign?

A) Day 1
B) Week 1
C) Weeks 2-4 as targeting optimises
Exactly! Anyone promising day-one results is either lying or burning your budget on untested audiences.
If someone promises that, ask them how many active mortgage broker accounts they've run. Fast results = fast burns.

What to Expect at 30, 60, and 90 Days

Days 1 to 30: Setup and Learning Phase

The first month is largely infrastructure. By the end of it you should have your campaign live, your first leads coming in, and your automation working. The Meta algorithm is in its learning phase, which means cost per lead will be higher than it will eventually settle at. Don't panic. This is normal and expected.

Days 31 to 60: Optimisation

The algorithm now has enough data to start working properly. We're identifying which audiences are converting at the lowest cost, which creative angles are performing, and where to shift budget. Cost per lead typically starts to fall during this phase. You're also getting comfortable with the follow-up workflow.

Days 61 to 90: Compounding Results

By 90 days, the campaign is running on accumulated learning. Your retargeting audiences are populated with people who've seen your ads but haven't yet converted. Your nurture sequences are working leads that came in weeks ago. The system compounds because every piece of data and every interaction makes the whole thing smarter.

This is why we ask for a minimum three-month commitment. Brokers who pull out at six weeks are making a decision based on data from the learning phase, not the performance phase. It's like judging a restaurant by the mise en place.

Real Results From Real Brokers

We're not going to give you a PDF of logos. Here are two brokers, with numbers.

Jordan generated 223 leads at a cost per lead of $12.59, producing 8 applications across a 9-week campaign. That's a cost per application that most brokers running ads would consider extremely competitive. Read Jordan's full case study.

Joseph generated 106 leads at $17.14 CPL in his first campaign, with 3 applications converting in month one. For a broker in a competitive metro market with a newer business, those are meaningful numbers. Read Joseph's full case study.

Neither of those results happened because of magic. They happened because the system was built properly, the creative was genuine, and the follow-up automation meant no lead went cold before anyone called.

This is a performance marketing engagement, not a retainer for "exposure."

We measure everything in leads, cost per lead, appointments, and settled loans. If the system isn't performing, we know before you do, and we fix it. If you want to understand whether ozimedia is a fit for your brokerage, book a strategy call and we'll give you a straight answer.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get results with ozimedia?

The first 30 days are setup and learning phase, campaign build, creative development, CRM automation, and ad launch. By day 60, the algorithm has enough data to optimise and cost per lead typically starts to fall. By 90 days, you have a compounding system that improves with time. Brokers who expect leads in week one will be disappointed. Brokers who understand they're building an asset will be very happy.

Do I need a GoHighLevel account already?

No. We set up your GoHighLevel account as part of onboarding. If you already have one, we work with your existing setup. Either way, the CRM and automation configuration is included in the service. You don't need to sort it separately or hire a tech person to set it up.

Can I pause or cancel the service?

Yes. We operate on a monthly rolling agreement after an initial three-month commitment. We ask for three months because the first 90 days are when the system is built and optimised, cancelling before that point means you never actually see what the system can do. After that, you can pause or cancel with 30 days notice. No penalty, no drama.

Ready to find out if you're a fit?

If you're a fit, we'll tell you. If you're not, we'll tell you that too.

Book a strategy call with ozimedia. We'll ask about your brokerage, your current pipeline, and what you're trying to build. Then we'll tell you honestly whether this makes sense for you right now.
